This comforting Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole combines tender chicken, creamy cheese, and al dente pasta, making it an ideal dish for family gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners that warm the heart and satisfy the appetite.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
