Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the sautéed spinach and both cheeses into the egg mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
