In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface.
Separate the triangles of crescent dough. Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough starting from the wide end and gently pressing to seal the filling inside.
Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
