This Strawberry Cheesecake Tart boasts a creamy, velvety filling balanced by the sweet, tangy notes of fresh strawberries, all nestled in a buttery, crumbly crust, making it an irresistible centerpiece for any spring celebration or summer gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup granulated sugar
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing well until fully combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. Refrigerate the tart for at least two hours to allow it to set.
  9. Before serving, top with sliced fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
