Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken cubes in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the flour-coated chicken.
  4. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, then toss in Buffalo sauce.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or skillet to make them pliable.
  6. Layer the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing on each tortilla.
  7. Fold in the edges of the tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  8. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately for optimal crispiness.
