- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
