- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon fillets skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon, coat it with the honey-garlic mixture, and add broccoli to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve the salmon with the roasted broccoli, drizzling any residual glaze over the top.

For best results, serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave to maintain texture.
