Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs parsley or chives

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground sausage and shredded cheese.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
  5. Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
