Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), BBQ sauce, chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Grease a muffin tin lightly and press each dough triangle into the cups, forming a small shell.
  5. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the meat mixture into each crescent dough cup.
  6. Top each meat-filled cup with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Allow the cups to cool for a few minutes before serving.
