- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bell peppers by halving them and removing seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper half with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
